Celebrate Chinese New Year at Thanying Till 17 February 2011

Celebrate this Chinese New Year with a twist at award-winning Thanying Restaurants with Thai-style Yu Sheng renditions by Executive Chef Pramote - Salmon Yu Sheng, Abalone Yu Sheng and Vegetarian Yu Sheng prepared with a special Thai sauce that is both sweet and spicy.     Other tasty ingredients in Thanying’s renditions of festive Yu Sheng include Pomelo, Mango and deep-fried yam.  Prices range from S$68 to S$148.

Thai-style Nian Gaos – Happiness and Heart Beat – in traditional and durian flavours make great giveaways.   Prices range from S$28 to S$42.

Toast to a prosperous Chinese New Year with special set menus crafted by our Executive Chef Pramote.  Menu highlights include Abalone and Salmon Yu Sheng, Kra Prow Pla Nam Daeng Thai Teochew Fish Maw Soup with Chicken, Crabmeat and Black Mushroom and Pla Cod Nuengmanao Steamed Codfish with Special Lime and Chilli Sauce.  Set menus ranging from S$78 per person to S$188 per person are available from 24 January to 17 February 2011.
